1. Binding Effect and Acceptance

By accessing, interfacing with, registering for, or otherwise utilizing any component of the Yasara platform, including but not limited to its digital interfaces, communication channels, and associated functionalities (collectively, the “Services”), you hereby acknowledge, represent, and irrevocably agree that:

You have reviewed these Terms in their entirety and possess sufficient understanding of their legal implications;
You possess the requisite legal capacity and authority to enter into binding contractual obligations;
These Terms shall constitute a legally enforceable agreement equivalent in force and effect to a manually executed written contract.

Continued use of the Services shall constitute ongoing acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue all access and usage.

2. Service Characterisation and Limitation

The Services are provided solely as a facilitative digital infrastructure intended to enable discretionary introductions between independent users. Yasara expressly disclaims any role, whether implied or construed, as:

A matchmaking authority, intermediary, or agent;
A fiduciary, advisor, or representative of any user;
A guarantor of compatibility, engagement, or outcome.

All interactions, communications, and decisions arising from use of the Services occur exclusively at the user’s own discretion and risk. Yasara neither monitors nor assumes responsibility for user conduct, representations, or intentions.

3. Eligibility and Access Control

Access to the Services is contingent upon satisfaction of eligibility criteria, including but not limited to:

Attainment of the minimum legal age required under applicable law;
Provision of accurate, complete, and non-misleading information;
Absence of any legal prohibition restricting use of such services.

Yasara reserves the unilateral and absolute right, exercisable at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification, to grant, deny, suspend, or revoke access to any individual or entity.

4. Account Responsibility and Security

Users assume full and exclusive responsibility for:

The confidentiality and safeguarding of account credentials;
All activities, transactions, and communications conducted under their account;
The ongoing accuracy and completeness of submitted information.

Yasara shall bear no liability for unauthorized access, account compromise, or any resulting consequences.

5. Verification Procedures

Yasara may, at its discretion and without prior notice, require identity verification or additional authentication measures. You acknowledge that:

Failure to comply may result in restricted functionality or termination;
Verification processes are inherently limited and do not guarantee authenticity;
Any reliance on verification outcomes is undertaken solely at your own risk.

6. User Conduct and Restrictions

Users agree to refrain from engaging in any conduct that may, in Yasara’s sole determination:

Constitute misrepresentation, deception, or impersonation;
Result in harassment, exploitation, or harm to other users;
Violate applicable laws or regulations;
Undermine, interfere with, or circumvent platform integrity, safeguards, or intended use;
Conflict with the platform’s stated purpose of facilitating serious, intentional introductions.

Yasara retains the unrestricted right to investigate, restrict, or terminate accounts associated with such conduct.

7. Content Licensing and Data Usage

By submitting, uploading, or transmitting any content through the Services, you hereby grant Yasara a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

Use, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute such content;
Aggregate and anonymize data for analytical, operational, or commercial purposes.

You further represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights to grant such license.

8. Financial Terms and Payment Structure

Access to certain features of the Services may be contingent upon advance payment under a fixed, non-recurring or cyclical pricing model. You acknowledge that:

All fees are payable upfront and are non-contingent upon outcomes;
Pricing structures may vary and are subject to change without prior notice for future transactions;
Continued use constitutes acceptance of applicable pricing terms.

9. Refund and Chargeback Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

All payments are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable under any circumstances;
No refunds shall be issued for dissatisfaction, lack of engagement, perceived quality, or any subjective or objective outcome.

Any attempt to reverse or dispute a payment may result in immediate account termination, permanent access restriction, and potential legal recourse.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Yasara expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

Fitness for a particular purpose;
Reliability, availability, or performance;
Accuracy or authenticity of user-provided information;
Any expectation of outcomes, including relational or marital success.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yasara shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:

Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
Emotional distress, reputational harm, or personal injury;
Loss of data, revenue, opportunities, or anticipated outcomes;
Conduct or actions of other users.

Your sole and exclusive remedy is to cease use of the Services.

12. Assumption of Risk

You expressly acknowledge and accept that:

Digital interactions inherently involve uncertainty and risk;
Users may misrepresent identity, intentions, or circumstances;
Outcomes are unpredictable and beyond the control of Yasara.

All such risks are assumed solely by you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yasara and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Services;
Your interactions with other users;
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Platform Governance and Termination Rights

Yasara reserves the unrestricted right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide notice or justification, to:

Suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts;
Modify, limit, or discontinue any aspect of the Services;
Remove or alter content.

No compensation or liability shall arise from such actions.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property associated with the platform, including but not limited to branding, systems, interfaces, and underlying methodologies, remains the exclusive property of Yasara.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

16. Third-Party Dependencies

The Services may incorporate or rely upon third-party systems, providers, or infrastructure. Yasara assumes no responsibility or liability for:

Performance, availability, or failures of such third parties;
Their policies, practices, or actions.

17. Dispute Resolution Framework

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration;
You waive any right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions;
Claims must be brought individually.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19. Amendments

Yasara reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Such changes shall take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties, superseding all prior communications, representations, or agreements.
